Getting Support

VOICE provides several ways for people to receive and send messages, access documentation for services, and get in-person support with phone and account-related needs. No referral is required and no appointment is necessary for drop-in services.

The VOICE number, (314) 246-0395, receives calls as voicemail. A volunteer team from multiple partner organizations works to relay each message to the right person or place.

VOICE can assign an email address at voicestl.org for use with government agencies, benefits portals, employers, and housing applications. Two account types are available depending on the situation.

The drop-in program runs every Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A phone is available for outgoing calls. Digital navigation support is available on a walk-in basis when a volunteer is present.
